Kitchen Assistant

JOB DESCRIPTION:
-Following recipes, portion controls, and presentation specifications as set by the restaurant.
-Preparing food on the line, as needed, by cutting, mixing, chopping, and making sauces.
-Cooking items on the line by grilling, frying, chopping, sauteing, and broiling to quality guidel
ines and standardized recipes.
-Restocking all items as needed throughout the shift.
-Cleaning and maintaining stations in practicing good safety, sanitation, and organizational skills.
-Taking inventory counts before and after shifts, completing food inventory or storage sheets. -
-Ability to work on weekends, and stand for extended periods.
-Lift up to 50 pounds.
-Performing additional responsibilities, although not detailed, as requested by the Chef, Kitchen Manager and/or Food and Beverage Manager at any time.

THE BENEFITS WE OFFER:
✓ $10 /hr
     -After 1 
month, $13/hr plus kitchen tips and a yearly bonus
✓ Full-time
✓ Part-time

SHIFT:  Tuesday-Sunday
               2 pm to 10:00 pm
                

QUALIFICATIONS: Must be 18 and above to apply
